Importance Of Nutrition In Addiction Recovery

The importance of a healthy diet, rich in nutrients – minerals and vitamins cannot be overstated when it comes to recovery from alcohol & drug addiction as addiction takes a serious toll on your body.

Thank God some one is addressing nutrition, especially when it comes to recovery. You cannot ever over emphasize the importance of healthy eating to bring an addict’s or an alcoholic’s mal nourished body & “mind” back to normal.
